Customer Service Executive

Introduction:

Our client, a Healthcare Technologies Company is looking for a high caliber candidate to join their Customer Service team. Details are as follows:

Responsibilities:

·         To receive inbound call from Hospital  and Clinics and handle the enquires

·         To provide a better customer service and need to meet the company’s standard procedures.

·         To responsible for billings & daily operational and supporting work

·         To handle the sample pick up arrangement, registration, report issuance.

·         To issue inventory reports and update inventory records.

·         To handle filing , data entry , document updates

·         To perform ad hoc duties as assigned 

Requirements:

·         Advance diploma  & ddiploma or above in all discipline

·         At least 2 year experience of  medical clinic experience

·         Proficiency in using MS Office i.e. Excel, PowerPoint, Chinese Word Processing

·         Good interpersonal & communication skills with external & internal parties

·         Responsible, detail-minded, self-motivated,

·         Ability to perform multi-tasks and work under pressure

·         Shift duty is required

·         Immediate availability is highly preferred
