Customer Service Coordinator

Introduction:

Our Client: A leading global supplier of sealing solutions Industry Location: Kallang Working Days: 5 days

Responsibilities:

  • Administer sales enquiry, quotation, order entry to invoicing including processing of order return & purchase order
  • Coordinate with purchasing, logistics & warehousing to arrange shipment to customer  / vendor
  • Ensure on time delivery to customer or from vendor
  • Ensure proper documentation & all order management processes are in accordance to corporate policies and guidelines
  • Ensure all invoices vouchers are matched & Credit Note are filled in proper order
  • Enter orders / goods receipts into system in a careful & responsible manner
  • Establish good working relationship with both internal & external customers
  • Performs other duties as assigned

Requirements:

  • Min O Level & above
  • At least 3-5years related experience
  • Computer literate & proficient in MS Office especially Excel & Outlook
  • Experience with NAV & C4C system will be added advantage
  • Able to meet reporting deadlines
  • Able to communicate proficiently in English, both verbally & written
  • Excellent interpersonal & communication skills
  • Independent, analytical and able to work under pressure with a high level of intergrity, commitment & resourcefulness
  • Team players with positive working attitude
  • Excellent telephone sales skills
  • Good analytical skills, attention to detail and follow through
  • Bilingual in English & Mandarin to liaise with China & Taiwan counterparts
  • Able to start work as soon as possible
