Customer Service Coordinator
A well renowned trading company in handling is looking for customer services officer to cope with the expanding business.
• Perform the order-processing in ERP System.
• Responsible for following up the customer orders.
• Assist supervisor to coordinate with foreign and China suppliers in order to ensure timely delivery to customers.
• Prepare shipping documents.
• Provide full support to sales team for daily sales activities.
• Assist in ad hoc projects as assigned.
• Degree holder or above.
• With 1 – 2 years of experience in order processing will be an advantage.
• Fresh graduates will be welcomed.
• Strong sense of responsibility, self-motivated, detail-oriented and able to work independently.
• Good communication skills.
• Proficient in MS Word, Excel, Chinese Word Processing is a must.
• Good command of both English and Chinese Languages. Proficient in both spoken English and Mandarin.
