Customer Service Assistant Manager

Introduction:

An international leading personal care distributor is seeking a candidate for the post of Assistant Customer Service Manager

Responsibilities:

  • Provide customer service to clients in the regions of APAC

  • Order management and logistic arrangement

  • Prepare quotation

  • Check stock and inventory

  • Coordinate with internal departments for delivery

Requirements:

  • Higher Diploma or above

  • Minimum 5 years’ customer service and order management experience

  • ERP system experience is preferred
  • Proactive, polite and responsible

  • Good spoken and written English and Cantonese

  • Candidate with less experience will be considered as Customer Service Executive
