Customer Service & Account Manager

Introduction:

An international logistics services provider is looking for a high calibre candidate for the position of Customer Service and Account Manager.

Responsibilities:

  • Fully in charge of daily operation as per client requirement and fulfill KPIs
  • Manage the process of store sales order taking, order revision and stock recovery
  • Ensure the store sales orders are communicated to relevant operations teams in a timely and organized manner for order selection, product loading and product delivery
  • Monitor inventory level to meet customers sales and achieve key performance indicators
  • Product procurement and manage purchase orders with suppliers, follow up on product delivery plan to DC
  • Supplier management (stable product readiness, quality product, robust and reliable delivery / shipment plan)
  • Provision of inventory level projection, supply chain cost study per different scenario
  • Coordinate with internal resources to offer constructive solutions to satisfy customers and to support their future growth
  • To conduct regular survey for receiving feedback with data analysis from the customers so to identify potential area for operations improvement
  • Build up the customer services team and enhance performance through leading, motivating, coaching, training, leveraging, sharing information and job enrichment

Requirements:

  • Bachelor degree in Business Administration, logistics or related disciplines
  • Above 10 years related working experience, 5 years in a managerial / supervisory role
  • Familiar to import & export formality especially for handling of food items (frozen, chilled and ambient)
  • Solid food retail and cold chain experience particular on inventory planning, procurement, customer service to frontline stores, familiar to warehousing and distribution operation
  • Problem solver and customer-oriented
  • Strong numerical sense and excel / access skill
  • Fluent in spoken and written English and Chinese (Mandarin and Cantonese)
