Coordinator- Health/Medical Insurance (candidates from healthcare/ hospitals/ clinics/ wealth management welcome)

Introduction:

A highly well established international medical/health insurance company

Responsibilities:

  • Documentation and ensuring contractual agreements are updated onto the system
  • Create, update and edit contact lists
  • Handle administrative procedures regarding claims and conduct investigative tasks as and when required
  • Update list of providers and service partners
  • Create, edit and upload reports
  • Relationship management, handling enquiries, complaints etc
  • Communicate with internal departments and external parties.
  • Participate in a wide range of ad hoc tasks

Requirements:

  • Degree holder
  • Experience in health/medical insurance preferred but not a must. any experience in life insurance, hospital, clinics, or wealth management/ banking may also be considered.
  • Client focused with excellent administration and coordination skills
  • Native in Cantonese. Strong communication skills in English.
  • Willing to take the initiative, detailed minded, high level of accuracy.
