Continuous Improvement Manager - Lean Six Sigma
Introduction:
Automotive Industry
Location: Rayong
Responsibilities:
·
Continuous improvement managers act as internal
consultants, developing short- and long-term strategies for the organization
and incorporating Six Sigma, Lean, Kaizen and other practices. The goal is to
facilitate progress and reduce costs, both in terms of sales and workflow
inefficiencies.
·
Coordinate and lead key projects for improvement
across all levels of the organization. Supervise several teams directly or
collaborate with managers to re-engineer processes.
·
Establish measurable standards at the start of a
project and then compare actual project results against these, regularly
generating detailed update reports for management.
·
Review company’s business processes for
enhancing effectiveness and benchmark with Industry Best Practice.
·
Identifies capability gaps and prioritizes
actions to close gaps.
·
Contributes to and in an environment in which
all team members are respected and motivated to improve their team
contributions to achieve organization goals.
·
Participates as a core member of the Global CI
Leadership team and key support to drive and implement the overall Continuous
Improvement Strategy for Global Operations.
Requirements:
·
Bachelor degree or higher in Chemical Engineer,
Industrial Engineer
·
Strong working knowledge of Lean tools &
methodologies (PDCA, 5S, VSM, Standard Work, TPM, Material Replenishment &
Flow, etc.)
·
System Thinker – ability to see and understand
overall picture.
·
Strong facilitation skills, change management
experience and project management.
·
Great presentation skills to effectively share
successes.
·
Experience leading and successful implementing
CI projects.
·
The ability to easily work at all levels across
the organization, to connect with all levels of colleagues, and to solicit and
accept constructive input from others.
·
Lean Certification, Six Sigma Green Belt or
Black Belt.
·
Outgoing, dynamic personality with excellent
organization and communication skills.
