Responsibilities:
- Assist in company secretarial work for both listed and offshore companies formation and operation
- Assist in carry our company secretarial duties with HK company incorporation, annual returns, shares transfer etc.
- Preparation of documents and liaisons with clients, overseas offices and agents
- Other ad hoc duties assigned
Requirements:
- Diploma or above with determination to develop career in company secretarial area
- 1-3 years of experience gained in banks, CPA or professional firm in customer serving role
- Fresh graduate with academic background in company secretarial and corporate governance will be considered
- Cantonese, Mandarin and English
