Clerk (Admin) / 1 year renewable contract / Central / Semi Government Sector
Our client is a government authority responsible for maintaining currency stability and financial infrastructure. They are looking for Contract Clerk to support their Administration Division. This will be a one year contract and will highly likely to be renewed.
- Assist in the logistics support for staff activities, business seminars and meetings.
- Arrange quotations and inventory checking
- Handle general administrative work
- Five subjects passes including English & Chinese Languages in HKCEE or HKDSE is a MUST
At least 1 year of working experience in administration support
PC skills in MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint and email system
Willing to work outside normal office hours
1 year renewable contract (contract will start in mid of July 2019)
15 days annual leave
