Clerk (Admin) / 1 year renewable contract / Central / Semi Government Sector

Introduction:

Our client is a government authority responsible for maintaining currency stability and financial infrastructure. They are looking for Contract Clerk to support their Administration Division. This will be a one year contract and will highly likely to be renewed.

Responsibilities:

  • Assist in the logistics support for staff activities, business seminars and meetings.
  • Arrange quotations and inventory checking
  • Handle general administrative work

Requirements:

  • Five subjects passes including English & Chinese Languages in HKCEE or HKDSE is a MUST
  • At least 1 year of working experience in administration support
  • PC skills in MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint and email system
  • Willing to work outside normal office hours

Package:

  • 1 year renewable contract (contract will start in mid of July 2019) 
  • 15 days annual leave
  • Year-end bonus
