Centre Manager

Introduction:

An international logistics company is seeking a high calibre candidate for the position of Warehouse Manager.

Responsibilities:

  • Ensure the warehousing process is operated in compliance with company’s international standards
  • Monitor the warehousing process to achieve KPI such as warehouse productivity and service level
  • Seek continuous process, quality and cost improvements by researching and developing new operational practice and technological advancement
  • Build up the warehouse and enhance service level through leading, motivating, coaching, training, leveraging, sharing information and job enrichment
  • Ensure the inbound arrangement is cost-efficient and maximize the utilization of warehouse

Requirements:

  • Bachelor degree  in Warehouse Management, Supply Chain Management or related disciplines
  • 7 years warehouse management or logistics experience, of which 3 years in a managerial role
  • Experience in managing distribution center, freezer / cold storage, project management and engineering experience in a warehouse environment highly desirable
  • Strong in presentation, people management and customer service skills
  • Candidates with less experience will be considered as Senior/Supervisor
