Business Development Supervisor (Japanese speaking)

Introduction:

Our client, a Japanese logistics company is looking for a Japanese speaking Sales Supervisor

Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement new sales initiatives and liaising with existing overseas and local clients
  • Execute company's sales strategy & promote company services to customers
  • Provide Forwarding & Logistics solution to customers
  • Monitor the cost of sales & profitability
  • Formulate sales strategic plan & integrate with overseas of global/corporate sales to achieve business goals
  • Aggressive, outgoing and pro-active to achieve Sales Targets, assist in ad-hoc projects as assigned
  • Willing to work under pressure

Requirements:

  • Minimum 6 years experiences in logistics industry with successful track record in sales environment
  • Knowledge in air & ocean forwarding, warehouse and inventory management
  • Diploma or above in which preferably in logistics, business management or related disciplines
  • Proficient in MS Office, Virtual meeting and conference tools
  • Business level in both spoken and written English, Mandarin, Cantonese and Japanese (JLPT N1 holder is MUST)
  •  Location: TST
