Business Analyst (HR Systems)
Our client is looking for Business Analyst (HR systems) to join their team:
a. Strong communicator who can negotiate effectively with business to
clarify needs vs. wants/likes to balance business direction /requirements with
cost of development and risk
b. An effective facilitator for the team to deliver incremental and
iterative units of business value
c. An experience IT BA who has worked on IT Integration projects
d. Develop Business requirement documents and specifications
e. Experience in Requirements gathering as will be working
closely with our HR business unit and external vendors identifying technical
requirements for integrations for our new payroll system.
The BA will participate in vendor engagements,
coordinating meetings, taking minutes, setting agendas, collecting functional
requirements for integrations that are being built.
a. Knowledge of ADP payroll systems and Workday would be an advantage
