Assistant to Senior Boutique Manager (ABM/BM/SBM), Luxury Watches, Multiple Locations

on the role (ABM, BM or SBM), you will assist or be responsible for the overall
performance of the boutique and lead and motivate a small to large team to
achieve the highest standards of customer satisfaction.
will cover all aspects of boutique operations and staff management, training
and development, sales management and KPIs achievement, VM, inventory, customer
service, CRM, and will liaise with the retail and marketing team for events
have at least 5 years of retail operations and managerial experience coming
from the Luxury Watch sector (highly preferable but not mandatory)
preferably have experience with high profile/VIP clients
have strong business acumen and thrive to deliver business results
have excellent communication skills, as well as excellent people management
skills to motivate, develop and cultivate a team.
have experience in PR event management
speak English, Cantonese and Mandarin
