Administrative Assistant

Introduction:

An international law firm located at Central is urgently looking for a candidate for the position of Administrative Assistant.

Responsibilities:

  • Assist the Office Manager with the day to day administrative activities
  • Responsible for accounts payable

  • Issuance of expenses checks, data entries to the finance Elite system

  • Keep petty cash; prepare monthly report

  • Cover reception during lunch hour and when receptionist is on vacation

  • Keep inventory and order office supplies (e.g. stationeries, envelopes, toner cartridges etc.)

  • Assist secretaries to make hotel reservations and car pickups

  • Staff arrival and departure procedures (including enrolment and withdrawal of medical insurance, MPF, Law Society notification, etc.)

  • Organize office lunches/events

Requirements:

  • Diploma holder or above
  • 4 years working experience preferably in legal industry
  • Sensitive to figures
  • Experience in Elite is preferred
  • Good spoken and written English and Chinese
  • Immediate available is preferred
