o Provident Fund - Coordinate with staff to fill up the enrollment forms to HK-HR
o Medical/PA insurance - distribute medical cards to staff and send the claim forms and enquiries handling with our insurer.
o Social Security Fund - Coordinate with staff to fill up the enrollment forms
o Overtime sheet for temporary staff
o Visa/Work permit - for staff travel outside of Thailand and assist expatriate staff to renew the work permit.
o Training - coordinating/negotiating with hotel for training programs in Thailand such as hotel accommodation and meeting package. Assisting trainers to print out the training materials and certificates. Send the training attendance record and evaluation forms to HK-HR.
o Recruitment - quote/post job adv for local staff hiring. Screen and conduct the interview with Line Managers.
o Staff benefits such as baby shower and wedding award to work with HK-HR to proceed the payment.
o Temporary staff handling
o Translation works (if any)
o Petty cash handling.
o Hotel reservations.
o Handle two Rangsit offices stationery.
o Liaise with travel agencies on booking of air tickets.
o Handle issues with Building Maintenance (Offices Rental Agreement etc).
o Arrange monthly Thai Sales meeting and any other meetings (when required).
o Oversee all office matters / issues such as courier service, internet, fax machine, photocopier/scanner/printer etc at Rangsit Offices
o Manage the attendance system and generate the attendance report to related Department Heads.
o Manage the office CCTV records.
o Other administrative matters as and when required.
Working hours: From Mondays to Fridays, 8:30am to 5:30pm
Annual leave entitlement: 12 days per year.

Annual health check-up --> USD150 per year
SSF --> per law
Pension fund --> this is the voluntary pension fund for all our permanent Thai staff. That is 5% of basic salary for both Employer and employee.
