Administration Assistant Officer
Our client is a well-established company with a long history in HK, providing financial market data services.
We are now seeking an Administration cum Receptionist who will be responsible for providing a wide range of administrative support, such as:
- Ordering stationery, office supplies and maintaining office equipment.
- Handling reception support- such as incoming phone calls, greeting clients, courier management
- Travel arrangements for staff- flight, visa and accommodation.
- Booking conference rooms (including setting up the room)
- Ensuring office area is clean and tidy and that office operations are running smoothly.
- Filing expense claims and preparing related reports
- Participating in ad hoc tasks as assigned.
- Diploma or above in business administration or related disciplines;
3 years relevant working experience;
Good command of spoken and written English, Mandarin and Cantonese;
Strong communication, interpersonal and organization skills
Detailed minded, diligent, responsible, able to meet tight deadlines
MS office proficient, capable of reading/ writing and typing in Chinese
Preferably available within a short notice.
