Account Manager, E-Commerce

Introduction:

Our client is a well-known Global Sports brand focused on sports performance, streetwear, fashion, and sports apparel. They are looking for a new partner in a key position that is critical to the company in achieving its business objectives and has a significant account and territory responsibility.

Responsibilities:

The primary role of this position requires the ability to influence, strengthen and manage the relationship with marketplaces business and at the same time manage all aspects of sales within the defined account.

 The other tasks but not less important are:

  • To manage the client‘s Marketplace business, enable growth in sales and margins, according to brand initiatives and client’s strategy and key product stories;
  • To create optimal structures of existing marketplaces and establish sustainable growth by integrating new ones and identify strategic opportunities;
  • To challenge given structures, identify inefficiencies and drive the optimization of the marketplace setup to ensure healthy expansion of the business;
  • Proactively seek opportunities to improve Marketplace tactics and operations, enhance customer experience, and maximize ROI;
  • Partner with merchandising, operations, content and marketing teams in order to secure efficient communication and sustainable growth;
  • To liaise and manage multiple external vendors & internal partners and also contribute to further develop partnerships;
  • To plan and execute complex roll-outs of new marketplaces, additional services with various external partners, such as IT partners and agencies;
  • To define business requirements and specifications to brief internal & external teams and service providers;
  • To establish technical framework for stock synchronization across all channels according to predefined business rules;
  • Define and monitor technical KPIs focusing on goals for article onboarding, inventory health and customer experience, drive and execute initiatives to improve them.

Requirements:

·       University degree in Business, Ecommerce, Marketing or any related field

·       4-5 years of working experience in the similar role or account management

·       Microsoft Office (Advanced Excel and Power Point)

·       Fluent/Advanced in English (2nd language is a plus);

·       Excellent written and verbal communication.
